We do the work, you receive the rent check!

We include our customize rental contracts and handle all the paperwork, inhouse maintenance, consistent marketing for all our rentals, for rent signs, rekey as needed, free grass cuts, rent direct deposit, cleaning, photo’s, handle disputes, take care of repairs up to $250, drive by or tenant appointment scheduled viewings to make sure the units to make sure they are in good standing, we can assist with staging

Our Fees below:

15% for long term rentals

20% for corporate leases and traveling nurse rentals

30% for short term rentals/airbnb/vrbo-

• We provide a ring security doorbell and a digital keypad on all our airbnb listings as long as well our the property manager.
• We ask for 1 year contracts
